  • We deliver across India through our trusted logistics and dropshipping partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is:

    • Metro Cities: 7–10 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 10–15 business days

    • Remote/Rural Areas: 12–20 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to supplier handling, courier delays, weather, or holidays.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.


Delays & Issues

  • Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier network issues, or high-demand seasons (festivals, sales).

Wrong / Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Address Information

  • Orders returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address may incur additional reshipping charges.
